I’m Colin Al-Greene, an attorney committed to providing smart, effective legal counsel to individuals, families, and businesses across Alabama. My practice is built on clarity, strategy, and a strong sense of advocacy.

Colin holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he focused on emerging issues in privacy law, authoring a paper on “The Right to be Forgotten” under the guidance of Professor Sharon Sandeen. He also earned an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the University of Missouri School of Law, strengthening his expertise in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition to his legal education, Colin holds multiple graduate degrees from the University of South Alabama, including a Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Master of Arts in Communication, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Environment and Society. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science, where he served as Student Body President.
Professionally, Colin has experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk in Alabama’s 13th Judicial Circuit, working under Presiding Judge John R. Lockett and Judge James Patterson. He later served as a Legal Extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Sonja Bivins at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
Colin is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of South Alabama, where he teaches courses in International Law and Criminal Justice in the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and is a Notary Public commissioned in the State of Alabama.
Colin is based in Mobile and is committed to serving his community with integrity, professionalism, and a personal approach to legal representation.
